Freddy`s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers in Spring

4/8 update, I decided to revisit this location with my daughter and was not disappointed. The chocolate custard was my favorite out of the 2 flavors, but they are both excellent

Fries were horrible. The hamburger tasted like McDonald's... Not worth how much I spent. I was excited but sadly very disappointed. The service was great thou.

Freddy's is amazing, restaurant is always super clean, staff very friendly, food is good, love their French fries.

Awesome place! We are so happy we found it. I had a veggie burger and my boyfriend had a steakburger for the first time. The staff was super friendly and answered our questions. The vanilla malt, the concrete turtle (which means it’s mixed) and the fries were all super delicious. We will definitely be back.

Worst burgers so far in Texas. Fries are thin and full of oil. Stuff girls are nice. Place pretty old-fashioned. Looking like Fallout 4 theme.

This was my first time to visit Freddy's, and I am glad I came! I had a Steakburger, Chili Cheese fries, and a Vanilla Shake, and everything was very tasty. The interior was clean and inviting. The staffers were welcoming and helpful. The prices are a decent value, considering that the quality of the food is better than the cheapest fast food places. Good place to go for a "burger and shake" craving.

Bad experience. Messed up my order, my burger had a hair in it, and the employees got upset when I said something. She didn't want to correct my order without a receipt, which I had trashed when I went to wash my hands. The burger, fries, and onion rings were not that great. I wouldn't go back.

Drive thru service was very fast and professional. Good was hot and very delicious. My first time trying Freddy's and I am satisfied on all levels. I'll be back to try more of the menu soon.

I’m leaving a 1 star review only because they don’t have an option for 0 stars. Absolute worst experience ever! Waited 15mins in front of the pickup area until I watched two gentlemen come in, pay and received their food before I did. When I asked the manager he had no idea what had taken place and said “your order was given to someone else but to make it worse didn’t offer anything for my wait time not even an apology. Shrugged his shoulders and gave me my refund. I encourage everyone to pass on this location.

I just stopped by and ordered chicken fingers I was told that the large size comes with 6 pieces and that's what I ordered and paid for, well turns out when I got home and opened up there were just 4 pieces. Not coming back everrrr

I mean, what can really be said about this gem? I actually had not heard of Freddy's until I moved to Spring, but now most other fast food places seem inadequate. Their steakburgers are delicious, but by far my favorite thing is their concretes, especially the Chocolate Brownie Delight. This place gets my recommendation!

Burgers are pretty good, but the custard is fantastic!

My first time to Freddy's was mixed. The young lady that took our order was not friendly at all. No smile and no thank you when we paid for our order. Then I ordered my burger with no onions and first bite I bit into the onions in my burger then I ordered a Hawaiian Delight sundae and instead they gave me a chocolate brownie sundae. I still ate the brownie which was good but I'd still reconsider before going back again.

Not very good, screwy to get two topping come, two flavors on the side of a double scoop come. Weird.

Quality fast food burgers with great ice cream too. The burgers here are different than your typical fast food places as they’re more like Smashburger and their ice creams are up there with Dairy Queen. This location was clean and the service was good.

We ordered 2 turtle sundaes and we probably should of asked for a straw. We barely drove to the next establishment, stopping to eat them and they were like soup. Very disappointed today..

Some of the best customer service out there. Love variety of combos, and collection ice cream, and custard toppings. The best milkshake in Houston. I'm definitely bringing the family back here.

I love the old timey setting and their food. U can never go wrong with there desserts, that's for sure. Oh, I love the staff. Always, very polite and courteous.

First and only time visiting, I found a piece of metal in my burger. I informed an employee and they asked if I would like my burger remade--No manager present at this point. 2 minutes later, my 6 year old daughter found a similar piece of metal in her burger. At this point, I'm disgusted and scared to eat my remade burger. As my daughter screams about her discovery, coincidentally, a worker passes by and overhears our conversation. I give him the metal and he said he would check with his manager to see what could be done after I refused a remake of my daughter's burger. He came back with a food voucher, good for one meal. I didn't see a manager at any point enquiring or apologizing for our metal findings. I left with my children with no intentions on ever returning. I am really sorry my first experience turned out to be so crummy. I am ruined.*Bonus: The cashier wrote her number down and requested my DIY hair coloring services- I wasn't offering.🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

This place kinda reminded me of the 59 Diner that closed down in Houston. The food is awesome and the portions are big! If you ever want to get a steak burger that tastes as good as ever then definitely check this place out!

I went there on a recommendation from customer at my work, who was nice enough to give me a free combo coupon. I ordered a bacon and cheese double burger with no pickles. The following photo is what I received (minus the bite). No burger, no bacon, nothing. Just a plain cheese sandwich. So disgusted. Yes, it was a free combo but if this is how they treat potential future customers, I’m never going back.

I've been wanting to go here for forever. So I pull up yesterday and ordered a cheeseburger combo with a concrete.mixed with caramel and pecans and cheesecake and fries.. The latter items were the best of the aforementioned meal. The 🍔 was meat.was.DRY.like nothing could help it.dry..why man?? A burger is like an American classic just like lying about real intentions are synonymous with politics.

The food and service was good. Problem was it was so cold in the place you could almost see your breath. Not conducive for eating frozen custard.

Wow! I LOVED this place! The food was delicious! They have custard which is a creamy, more satisfying version of ice cream, but not the same as gelato. It was delightful.The burgers were tasty, the fries were crispy and the staff was Covid safe as well as patient and helpful (because I'd never been there before it took me a few minutes to absorb the menu).Cant wait to go again!!!👌

It's like fast food but better than fast food.The quality of their thin layers of beef is nothing short of expectation. I,for one, am not a fan of grease dripping off my buns which makes this my favorite place to get a burger. There's a reason why they're well known for they're custards and concretes as well! They put places like DairyQueen to shame. I've gone to 2 different locations within my area. Clean restaurants,great/fast service,and high quality food.
